Biography
Thank you for visiting my profile. I am an attorney who resides in San Diego, California. But I take cases throughout the entire state. Indeed, I tend to spend more time in courtrooms in the Bay Area, Los Angels, Sacramento, San Bernardino, and Orange County than I do in San Diego.
I've been an employment attorney for over 10 years. The vast majority of my cases are contingency cases on behalf of employees. I represent individuals who have been wrongfully terminated, inviduals who have not be paid overtime, provided meal periods or rest breaks, or have lost vacation time due to improper policies.
I've also represented doctors, other lawyers, truck drivers, restaurant workers, warehouse workers, computer scientists, and others. I've very familiar with the nuances associated with all types of employment. And, most importantly, I really enjoy helping my client stand up to those who have bullied them.
Aside from being a lawyer, I'm also father of three children (boy/girl twins and a boy). I enjoy taking them sailing, surfing, and even flying. I'm a private pilot with a high performance and complex aircraft rating. I'm currently working on my instrument rating and aerobatic rating (much to my wife's dismay.)
