Lisa Jou Verdieck

After I dismissed my other lawyer for 7 years (Nawarro, who completely fail my case, Lisa became my lawyer only for a little bit more than 1 yeas. She was fighting for me for an approval of additional treatment after initial denial, left tons of messages and letters to work comp case worker, who ...tried to ignore practically everything .... She finalized my work comp case (the spine fracture) and and represented me in a court with BEST possible result , was catching every single detail to get more compensation. Also I want to say special "thank you" to Lidya, her parelegal , very knowledgeble and responsible specialist, who make a excellent team with Lisa. Nobody can be perfect (and do not expect it if you hire a lawyer !) , but in general picture Lisa J. deserves full 5 shiny stars

This has been a very long and ongoing case. I would suppose that most people would wait till the outcome of the case before they write a review, but I don't want the possible outcome to cause me to hesitate in giving Lisa the praise she deserves. Lisa Jou has been on top of this case since the day ...she received it. She has kept me abreast on all the pertinent details, never once leaving me in the dark. When I needed to speak with her, she always returned my calls in a timely manner. She went above and beyond the call of duty in hearing the concerns of my wife and I. She has a vast supply of knowledge as to the workings of the WC system in conjunction with other systems. This was extremely helpful for it caused us to understand her strategies that were designed with our best interest in mind. She always behaved herself in a professional manner in my presence, displaying integrity that is truly commendable. How she keeps up with all the running back and forth is beyond me, but I know she's not a robot for her kindness and genuine concern are quite evident. Working with Lisa, I have never felt that I was just one of many case numbers or just another potential dollar in her purse. When I came to understand just how many clients she represents, I really couldn't see how she had time for me, but she did. Lisa is a very compassionate and selfless person who RKM should feel more than honored to have as a partner.
