I had a very bad experience with Jylan. She violated every code of ethic in California. She is good at filing paperwork but bad in everything else like communication, compassion, working for her client's interest, respecting the client, advising her client, working towards her client's goal, informin...g her client with very important info that might change the course of the case, etc.. She took 9 weeks of vacation where she was unreachable in less than 4 months in a very sensitive time of my case and I was completely lost. She gives very short notices before going on vacation for weeks. She really doesn't care. at all! all she cares about is money. She would have 2.5 hours of phone calls ($1000) where we go in circles and I leave the call more lost than before talking to her. She saying things like "I love doing family law because it is like TV drama and soap operas, very entertaining"!!! and this is after me spending an hour telling her my struggles with abuse, divorce, ectopic pregnancy, and much more! and she thinks my struggles are entertaining! She is disrespectful and abandoned me in the middle of the case and really hurt my case!

I've found Jylan after a year of spending my money to a Lawyer (which i forgot her name) who charged me 7k a month for no reason. As soon as I was done talking to Jylan on the phone, she took care of my case the next day. I am grateful to work with her. You will feel that you're on her top priori...ty inspite of having so many clients. She would answer my text,call/ email even if it's on weekend.
