Jonathan David Montag

My experience with this immigration attorney has been extremely disappointing. When I met him for the first time, he said if USCIS allows him, he will come to the interview with me, but unfortunately he didn't. This lack of commitment and representing me on the phone had severe consequences for my ca...se. The officer hanged up on him and didn't approve my case. USCIS asked me for some documents that I didn't know where and how to get them. In respond of my help to get the documents, this attorney simply told me that he can not help and he doesn't know how to solve it. It was the moment I felt vulnerable and not supported. Then I paid another immigration attorney who gave me the answer I was looking for quickly. He seems nice and his price is good, but unfortunately his service is not good enough to help you. I do not recommend him at all.

Jonathan is a lawyer like none other! He is professional but also personal and caring. He is earnest and straight forward. He definitely goes the extra mile for his clients. Like another review stated: "He is the man!" And he is very reasonable in his fees. He helped my wife get her green card. Sh...e was, putting it mildly, hella anxious about the interview. Jonathan put the anxiety and worries to rest. He very patiently discussed the various issues that may come up at the interview, and also those that would not. My wife and I thought we could handle the immigration process ourselves...and we were so wrong! Jonathan Montag answered our questions and eased our nerves over the phone before we even hired him....which we did and it was a life saver. He is always available via email or phone. Makes it really s...imple. I would absolutely recommend him. I have retained Mr. Montag 15 years ago, in 2001, He has helped sucessfully with a difficult green card issues for my brother and his immigrated fiancee. I can testify that those recent comments were how I felt about Mr. Montage 15 years ago. A conscientious attorney that would never take advant...age of his desperate and in-needs Clients. I looked up Mr. Montag 15 Years later to refer to a friend , and very happy to read all of his positive recent reviews and could not agree more, prompting me to write this comment.
