Jeremy & Ariel Elias are the MONA LISA of the DUI Defense world. This is going to sound crazy but thanks to these two, my charge has almost become a borderline pleasant experience lmao. I wish we could have met under better circumstances but I thank the universe we did at that moment. Of course, I take full responsibility for my actions and there are things that I have to do to make amends for... But these two have been personable, kind, knowledgeable, sincere and everything in between. I didn't think it was possible to find legal representation that truly cares for you but it's right here ladies and gentleman. I had full unfaltering faith in what they wanted to do and it turned out amazing. I cannot thank these two enough. What could have been a seriously negative, traumatic event has turned into a learning experience guided by 2 amazing people :-)

Best Lawyer in San Diego!

Ah where to start lol. If I could give Jeremy beyond 5 stars I would. When I found myself in a jam with the law. I was so stressed and overwhelmed that I begin to search for lawyer's. I met with a few that I had felt just weren't right. I came across Jeremy's page and read through some review's and decided to give him a call. He answered and I gave him a brief overview of my Sitiuation and from there we scheduled an appointment to meet in person and further discuss my case. I met with him in person and right at the end of our meeting I knew he was the one I wanted for my case. Jeremy walked me through the whole process and made me feel at ease and less embarrassed for my actions I made. He is really intelligent and very knowledgeable on how the system works and keeps himself up to date with the laws, He has so much compassion and ambition for what he does, he takes his time to listen to any questions you may have and keeps you updated with your case so you can have a peace of mind knowing your in good hands. I had a big weight lifted off my shoulder when it came down to the final sentence. He made the whole process so much smoother, I was really pleased and can't thank Jeremy enough for all the hard work, He puts his all into every case he takes on and does not settle for anything less than what he feels is fair. Amazing criminal defense attorney

Jeremy is an amazing attorney. His is passionate about defending his clients. He was very reassuring throughout my court dates and and extremely knowledgeable of the law. My case took over a year and he fought very hard for me and I finally received the outcome we both wanted for my case. I am so grateful to have hired Jeremy.

Best lawyer around!

I don't have experience with legal matters, so when I found myself charged with a crime that could mean jail time and large fines, I knew I needed help. I Checked into numerous law firms but didn't feel I was finding someone intrested in the specific details of my case. I qualified for a public defender but knew they wouldn't fight hard enough for me. When I contacted Jeremy, I found he was willing to take the time to learn about me and the charges I was facing. He explained the law in layman's terms and made several suggestions for moving forward. I thought I was innocent of the charges filed against me, but I knew without an attorney I didn't have a chance of successfully defending myself. Jeremy agreed to accept my case, and I am so glad he did. His fees were very reasonable and he allowed me to make payments to him. He stayed in regular contact with the DA's office and with me. He was knowledgeable in regards to the San Diego court system, and did a good job representing me to them. After a year of trying to negotiate a deal the court date was set. He helped me understand how trials work and help me prepare for my testimony. Thanks to his persistence, the prosecution folded a few days before the trial date and we struck an unbelievable deal! Many thanks to Jeremy for sticking up for me and fighting for a great resolution.

Outstanding lawyer , has your back

Jeremy Elias is an outstanding lawyer. I was caught up in an unfortunate circumstance and was referred to Jeremy by a good lawyer associate of mine. In the first meeting I knew Jeremy was my guy for how nice, personal, and honest he was. Jeremy is an extremely smart lawyer and will tell you how things are and have your back the entire time. Jeremy has a great rapport with the city and fellow lawyers in the community and knows the judicial sytem extremely well. I had a great constant line of communication with Jeremy and he was always there with answers to any questions I had. I found the best! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Jeremy! When I received a DUI (my first ever) I didn’t even know where to begin. I found Jeremy, called him and he was able to meet me in just a couple of hours. He talked me through the entire process and made me feel at ease and definitely less embarrassed about what I was going through. I was actually about to move out of state and Jeremy offered to take care of EVERYTHING for me without me coming back to California, and that he did! Several months later and he is still here for me to answer any questions or concerns that I have. He is extremely patient and fair and I couldn’t have done this process without him!

Amazing Attorney!

First off let me start by saying I found myself in an unfortunate situation and circumstances can be overwhelming. I searched through several reviews and decided to reach out to Jeremy. He responded right away and was very professional and thorough with explaining the process of my situation to me. I knew instinctively that this was the Best Attorney for my situation. He made sure that I could always reach him whenever I had questions. Knowledgeable, Forthright and Compassionate

When I found myself in a situation that demanded an attorney to protect me, I was introduced to Jeremy Elias, Esq. Mr. Elias knows the law, knows the court system and how it works and knows the people working in the court system. But, what I found to be his best quality was the compassion he showed for me as a person who needed help understanding and navigating that system. Jeremy was always there for me. Whether it was a text, an email or a phone call, Jeremy always responded. He never had an attitude as if I were bothering him, but rather of honest concern and the desire to give me as much peace about the situation as plausible. Jeremy never sugar coated things. The Best Choice

Let me start by saying this... This IS the Lawyer for YOU. It's already tough as it is the find a great lawyer to defend you when the unexpected happens. After I fired the Lawyer representing me at the time for forgetting what is most important to me concerning the results, I found Mr. J. Elias by complete chance. He made sure to keep what was important to me as 1st priority. Explained my options every step of the way. Was able to overcome unfavorable circumstances and squeeze out even better options when it seemed as though there were none. I say this with complete certainty that J. Elias will go above and beyond for you, and I haven't even said the best part either. His prices are the most reasonable I have ever come across. Even accommodated payments understanding that I had a lot of other fees to pay for at the same time. I have never made a review on any platform before and never felt like I needed to but I feel that I must share my experience with J. Elias because it saved my life and my career in the US Navy. Best Decision I ever Made

Retaining Mr. Elias for my counsel was the best decision I could have made. My situation was a challenging one. To the outsider’s eye it was cut and dry: a DUI, resulting in an accident where people were hurt. I never denied the seriousness of what I did, nor did I deny what happened. What Mr. Elias did for me, though, was treat me like a human being, not just a drunk criminal. He took time to understand my circumstances, both surrounding the event and in my personal life and past. He did not fight to get me off without any consequences, that was never what either of us wanted. He did, however, fight aggressively and persistently to get a sentence that was appropriate for the crime AND my individual set of circumstances. As a result, I have been able to focus on the root causes of my decision that day and turn my life in a different direction. I have gone back to school and am working on a degree I am passionate about, and I am now a contributing member of society. These things would not be possible had I simply been thrown in jail for years. All of this is a direct result of Mr. Elias’ compassion, integrity, and advocacy for me as his client, and more importantly, as a human being with rights.

Jeremy saved me from a DUI disaster

I got my second DUI. Stupid me! From the first phone call with Jeremy, I knew I had my lawyer. He gave me recommendations to follow before my first initial court date such has get on the scram bracelet to show you are not drinking and won't drink while court proceedings are going on, going to A.A. meetings and having proof of them, getting character reference letters as well. The day of court I was up against a felony DUI with injury and I was looking at serious prison time at least 7 yrs. They wanted to raise my bail to $100,000 but because I did everything, Jeremy asked me to do the judge kept the bail at the original $2,500. He saved me $10,000 right there. The Judge, and I quote, looked at me and said: "Sir, you have a very smart lawyer!" Instead of the 7 yrs in prison, Jeremy got me 1 year of work furlough which I did 6 months of and got to keep my job which would have ruined me if I lost it. I owe him a lot more than the small fee he charges. He was with me every step of the way. Honest and trustworthy, concerned with your well being. He has a friend for life in me

Life saver

Jeremy Elias was upfront with me from the start on how he saw my case. I was facing 2 years prison time for a felony indecent exposure. He mentioned I would probably get some time behind bars, but he would work for me to get the best outcome. Jeremy worked hard on my case, and the final outcome, I received 120 days in jail. Jeremy probably saved my marriage, and gave me a chance to put my life back together.

DONT LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE, THIS MAN WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN. HE PUTS YOU FIRST

Jeremy is the man. He has been there for me and helped me every step of the way through my legal trouble. He made me feel comfortable talking about the situation and followed through with his every word. He put me first instead of his paycheck and took time to explain every option for me and possibilities we could do an try. He will get you the results your looking for. He works for the people and not himself. He made sure I was at every appointment and that my end results as anyone else's would be,to not end up in jail and to get my life back. He fights hard and doesn't take NO as an option. He examines every detail to matter and has great rapport with everyone including the Judge. Like i said before, No need to look anywhere else, this is your guy. Consider this, i was looking at two felonies in my case wih a year or more of jail time, no custody of kids etc. He was able to strike both felonies down to a single misdemeanor, keep the restraining order off from seeing my kids which was amazimg because idk what i would do if i couldnt see them and deal with a small probation for a very short while. My only punishment rightfully so I walked away with was a misdemeanor, a short class and thats it. No fines do, no jail time etc. Very pleased. And again. Big Thanks Jeremy. Seriousl

Awesome lawyer!

Jeremy is your man.. He was there for me at least nine different times without me ever having to show.. it was my second offense. I was still on probation.. I blew a .82 and a .78 at the station.. I wanted to get it reduced down to A wet and reckless…they didn't want to give it to me. After weeks of back and forth, he was able to get me the wet and reckless without trial and the price could not have been beat by anyone, not even close!

Will continue to recommend

When I got in contact with Jeremy, he took the time to hear my side of what happened, he asked questions, and took the time to go over possible outcomes. Jeremy gave me direction and a sense of ease when it came to my case. Every time we met up, he drove the distance to my hometown and worked around my schedule, even meeting me on a Sunday afternoon!
