DIFFICULT AND COMPLICATED E-1 TREATY TRADER VISA Prior to coming to Mr. Behar I consulted with 2 other attorneys, both of whom gave me to understand that I didn’t stand a chance for an E-1 visa. They tried to convince me to “make an investment” and apply for the E-2 visa instead.
