Mr. Behar is one of very best immigration lawyers in US! An incompetent lawyer with a great website lured us w/"free" consult. USCIS was about to deny the case. No longer trusted him. Other lawyers told us "hopeless". 2 lawyers suggested I marry a US citizen! Mr. Behar was only 1 who gave us h...ope. For many weeks he patiently worked on salvaging my case. He patiently collaborated w/me & employer. A brilliant jurist. His limitless creativity & humanity literally resuscitated my case. Mr. Behar always answered many questions we had. Was always there for us. He answered phone nights, even weekends! He received us in office ea. time we asked. Mr. Behar spoke perfect French to me and perfect Spanish to my employer. I am eternally grateful!

Mr. Behar is a unique immigration lawyer in many respects: he is the only lawyer that we know of in California, in the U.S., who has a complete command over seven (7) different languages! Unlike most other lawyers, Giacomo will personally take & respond to your call nights and weekends. That sets him... apart from all other lawyers I’ve known. After having successfully used Mr. Behar’s immigration services for myself and various members of my family, over the years I have referred many, many complex, hard to solve employment, family & immigration court cases to him. Very disappointed!!! I've read the reviews about him online and decided to set up a consultation to discuss the case regarding Green Card Lottery. Since we really wanted to speak to someone who speaks Russian, we were promised over the phone that him and his Russian speaking wife will be consulting ...us (200$ an hour!!!). First of all, our appointment was 25 minutes late (Ok, lawyers are busy, I understand). Secondly, his Russian speaking wife never came into the room and spoke to us (that was the primary reason I chose him...). From the very beginning Mr. Behar had an attitude, instead of congratulating us, he hesitated to offer a condolences or congrats. That was very unprofessional. Mr. Behar really does not like Russian people (even thou he is married to one), said sooo many bad things about Russian embassy, Russia and people who live there (that wasn't the goal for me to hear how some one is trashing my motherland). He was not clear and wasn't answering my questions to the point, he had many stories that were somewhat related to our situation. He also insulted me saying I will not be able to understand something he was explaining and what I couldn't get from the first time. He said "I can repeat 5 times and you will not get it".... Who says that??? Try and explain in other words.... It's in your best interest to explain to me so I can go with you and your services. And it seemed that he was irritated with too many questions... Mr.Behar told me that this is just a consultation and that we shouldn't discuss these many details.... Remember, I just paid you !!! $200 !!! Consultation is the time where person wants to find out as many details as he/she can. He also promised to call on Monday with results and details, but we never heard anything from him. Maybe he is smart and experienced.........but I did not see that at all. Very unprofessional and ignorant. Stay away. Thank you.
