I hired Mr. Ramos to assist me with my Expungement petition in December of 2021. I learned in the first 3-4 weeks after hiring him that he had spent very little time on my case. So, I decided to relieve Mr. Ramos as counsel. Since relieving Mr. Ramos as counsel, I handled the matter myself and learn...ed that Mr. Ramos had filed a Motion for Early Termination of Probation. He did not tell me he was doing that because had he told me I would have informed him that I was not on probation -- I completed probation in January of 2014. Had Mr. Ramos spent any time on my case or simply asked me about completing probation the expungement hearing would have been fairly simple. Instead, because Mr. Ramos treated my case with such a cavalier manner, I had to figure out myself how to navigate through the San Diego City Attorney lying to Mr. Ramos about my probation.

Ramos and associates are amazing. I inquired George about his services and had him on the phone within minutes. My situation was complicated and I couldn’t afford to loose the case. Geogre was honest and upfront about his services and what they will entail. He gave me a flat rate for services that in...cluded all paperwork and services to be expected. I’m not in the legal field nor have I ever found myself to be in a legal situation till now so it was like a foreign language to me. Every time I had a question I could call Denise his assistant and she’d help me or I could text George and he would respond in a very timely matter. He would always answer any and all of questions with a direct answer which I appreciate because when it comes to the law some things matter and others not at all. George was by my side throughout all court hearings and had me set up and ready to go when it mattered the most. I was granted the permanent restraining order against someone and the case went so strongly for us because everything was ready to go and what we presented was solid and well executed. Through and through Ramos and associates are great- they genuinely care and want to help you however they can. His rates were fair and you must know that anything legal is not cheap and if it is then you’re rolling the dice on your representation. I highly highly recommend him for services and would hire him again. He will fight for you, keep you informed, and always be one step ahead. You will not be disappointed and he will always be prepared, professional and ready to fight for you.

George Ramos is extremely bad and unprofessional. I hired him for a simple matter and it turned into a very sad disaster. He completely mismanaged my paperwork and labeled me a, "Mexican hater". When I tried to get rid of him, he absolutely refused to return the unused portion of my retainer fee. A...s a result of his mismanaged hearing, he put the Judge in a position where she ended up with a formal complaint against her. Mr. Ramos allowed the judge to proceed using false and unsubstantiated claims by the Defendent against me, his own client. Financially great for him; disaster for everyone else (especially his own client). 0 stars.
