I hired Mr. Ramos to assist me with my Expungement petition in December of 2021. I learned in the first 3-4 weeks after hiring him that he had spent very little time on my case. So, I decided to relieve Mr. Ramos as counsel. Since relieving Mr. Ramos as counsel, I handled the matter myself and learn...ed that Mr. Ramos had filed a Motion for Early Termination of Probation. He did not tell me he was doing that because had he told me I would have informed him that I was not on probation -- I completed probation in January of 2014. Had Mr. Ramos spent any time on my case or simply asked me about completing probation the expungement hearing would have been fairly simple. Instead, because Mr. Ramos treated my case with such a cavalier manner, I had to figure out myself how to navigate through the San Diego City Attorney lying to Mr. Ramos about my probation.

When I chose this firm it was based on the reviews that Mr. Ramos had received for previous cases I exceptionally like the fact that Mr. Ramos had previous experience working in the DAs office but most importantly all the reviews I read said that he was so on top of it and involved with the case he ...wasn't referring it to anybody else and that's exactly what he did with my case he is a hands on lawyer that takes the time needed to explain all the details . George is professional sincere dedicated and hard-working I will be referring this law firm to all of my friends and family !! Should the need ever arise .;) A few things that meant a lot to me during the process of my case I was able to email or call George with questions and George took the time to call me back and answer all of my questions not leaving me feel like I didn't understand what was happening he walked me through it and saw me throughout the whole process . Really would like to extend my gratitude to George and his firm for an exceptional job well done .
