My practice emphasizes trial work in Federal and State courts, and arbitration throughout the country, with a particular focus on high stakes, "bet the company" disputes. I have sued (and prevailed against) some of the largest companies in the United States in such diverse practice areas as partnership disputes, antitrust cases, intellectual property, food borne illness litigation, breach of contracts, fraud and securities violations.

My practice focuses on complex business disputes where the ownership of real estate assets are the subject of the litigation.

I represent business and property owners against various State and Federal agencies, recovering business goodwill (lost profits) and real property damages. I never represent governmental agencies.
