My husband is a youth offender and he has been in prison for over 24 years, he had his 1st board hearing July 7, 2023 and he was found situatable. Ms. Letarte did an amazing job preparing my husband and giving us the family guidance and templates. My very 1st call to her was one of the best experienc...es I had. I had felt i had hit a dead end with the lack of interest, all others asked for a retainer to be able to speak to us, she was different. My husband had a life sentence and after 40 years of being locked up and denied parole several times, I contacted Attorney LeTarte. Her and her staff went above and beyond to help my husband. First there was a suitability hearing and he was found suitable....but then the Governor said no. I contacted... Our son was represented by Atty. Diane Letarte who was instrumental in his grant of suitability by BOP on 4.11.2017. Atty. Letarte made an exception by making a special trip to her office on that Sunday (any new updates are not normally accepted 5  business day before the hearing) to print the last... support letter  (updates) and brought it to the Parole Hearing. We are deeply in gratitude for her kindness in going out of her way to support our son.
