My husband is a youth offender and he has been in prison for over 24 years, he had his 1st board hearing July 7, 2023 and he was found situatable. Ms. Letarte did an amazing job preparing my husband and giving us the family guidance and templates. My very 1st call to her was one of the best experienc...es I had. I had felt i had hit a dead end with the lack of interest, all others asked for a retainer to be able to speak to us, she was different. She talked to me for about 40 minutes, giving me options and guiding me, she never asked for money until we hired her. Yolanda her legal assistant is also fabulous. They answered all of our emails, phone call, collect calls from my husband. We were pleased with the services they provided. We highly recommend, Diane Letarte. Thank you for everything!

Diane did a great job for our son. I rate her as 5 Stars across the board. What can I say, when you need someone that is Knowledgeable in the law and knows all the tricks that the DA will try, you need Diane on your side of the table. She was sharp and caught the DA, objected to his questions. Well D...one Diane and thank you from my Wife and I . I know our son is very pleased also.

Diane helped guide my son thru the hoops for a parole hearing. Her attitude about those seeking parole was great. She was positive , personnel and on the side of our son. Her assistance and advise relating to reference letters was most helpful. Our son received a release date and we are ever gratef...ul to her. Her work with the lifer parole individuals is commendable as she said to me everyone deserves a second chance. We will be getting our son back sooner because of Diane and her dedication to her work.
