this past year we had a circumstance that required an Attorney that handles Estate issues. A family member had removed a property from an irrevocable trust which incurred major tax implications. Darcie, who was refereed by a friend, was so, helpful understanding, thorough and timely! She is organiz...ed, extremely thoughtful, and exhausted every avenue in efforts to help us come to a solution, which at first we thought could be possible. in addition to Darcie being a pleasure to work with in a situation that was not ideal, she went above and beyond to lay out the implications each action we in tale. In my opinion, educating us beyond her scope for our own good, was far beyond what was being asked of her. It was apparent that Darcie truly wants more than just the desired outcome for her clients!
