Biography
Before founding CMD Law in May 2011, Christoph spent five years as an associate attorney at the AV-rated San Diego law firm Stock Stephens, LLP. During that time, Christoph was a key player in the family law and civil litigation departments of the firm, and successfully represented clients from all walks of life and all types of social, cultural, and financial backgrounds.
Christoph has made numerous court appearances in all San Diego County Superior Courts and consistently achieved positive results. He also regularly negotiated favorable settlements for his clients. Thus, whether your legal issue requires litigation or can be resolved through negotiation, Christoph is well equipped to represent you.
Having grown up in Germany, Christoph obtained his legal education at Germany’s Friedrich Schiller University and at San Diego’s California Western School of Law, where he graduated cum laude in 2003. Christoph is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona.
