ETHICAL ATTORNEY THAT WILL FINALIZE YOUR DIVORCE

I had to write this review because I need people who are searching for a divorce attorney to reach her. Unless you are going through a horrible divorce you would not understand how important it is to find an attorney who truly wants to help you and finalize your divorce. She is ethical in her bil...ling procedures and doesn't overcharge and actually bills you for her time . I hired her in July 2025 and finalized my divorce via mediation in September 2025 and received my final divorce decree in March 2026. To give you context I have been dealing with my divorce for over five years. I am a healthcare professional and my job is to help patients and having my own clinic and dealing with so many patients I feel like I am a smart woman. I already have and always will recommend Brianna as a family law attorney to any of my patients. I have to say to find an attorney who isn't all about the money and promoting herself she was so direct, calming and made me confident in her ability. Attorneys are known for deliberately making divorce contentious and incurring more bills. She is well worth her fees and in the end you will save so much money if you hire her immediately FIRST and not deal with other attorneys. Her and her staff was always available to answer any questions if needed and she was supportive of myself as a client.

Don’t believe the fake reviews

Ms. Davis caused major problems to my case and her billing practices in which I had to involve the California state bar association. I would not recommend her and she refused to submit evidence I presented to her.

It is really sad that you went this far. You are on your SIXTH attorney now in less than 6 months. I was lawyer number 2. My reviews are not "fake." These are from my clients that actually listened to me. Your buyer's remorse per your publicly filed pleadings after dismissing your restraining order mid-trial after our trial judge warned you in open court he would make credibility findings against you does not make me a bad lawyer. Your decisions since then spun out of control. You filed 2 more restraining orders since my representation as I understand it. All 3 were determined to be frivolous by the court and you were sanctioned and ordered to pay attorney's fees for it as I was coincidently in the same department on 06/15/23, nearly 4 months after my representation. I had a good plan for you. I learned in court that you do not have 50/50 custody, which is not surprising after all that has occurred since my representation. I worked hard on your case, cared about your case, fought my hardest. Regarding my billing practices, I do not know where you are coming from. You were given invoices for all billing and upon the conclusion of my representation, you were returned all unearned fees promptly. I wish you a better future with your family law case. I hope you listen to your lawyers in the future. I am not threatened by your supposed reporting to the State Bar. I will gladly show the State Bar that I complied with all of my ethical obligations to you. I take my ethical obligations very seriously. I welcome any questions the State Bar may have for me on your case.

Amazing lawyer in California

I hired Brianna back a few months ago after I lost custody of my daughter due to a safety plan I was forced to sign from CPS in order to see my daughter. I was forced to have supervised visits at dads house that was not going to work for us so she helped me get to an agency ABC visitation with Monika... who was also so amazing. And they both worked very hard to help clear my name and get back the custody that was taken from me wrongfully. Brianna has been working overtime for me and my family. She took my daughter as her own and never stopped fighting for what was right for my daughter. Brianna is hard working and will not stop fighting for the truth and what is right. She will not just take your money and say I tired she gives you 200% and more and bends over backwards for you. My ex husband tried all ways to make my life harder but with Brianna and the truth we showed the truth to the judge and I was awarded back my custody that was wrongfully taken from me.

Passionate

Anything requiring an attorney is expensive, but I wanted to be divorced and be divorced fast . I can say w total confidence my investment in having Brianna Davis represent me was worth every penny. I never thought I would say that, but when you have children to protect while also going through set...tlement of divorce, you need somebody who will strongly advocate on your behalf. She fulfilled my expectations and was always there when I needed her – sometimes at 10:00 at night. I get teary-eyed just thinking about the grace and kindness she showed me going through one of the most difficult times of my life. I filed January 2018 and my divorce was finalized in 2018. From start to finish, throughout, she was proactive, accountable, reliable – I never, EVER, had to worry about what was going on and if things were being done on time. She is insanely organized and on top of things. I have no idea how she does it, especially given the fact that she isn’t a part of a big firm w secretaries and paralegals assisting her. I have friends who unfortunately have gone through the same thing and tell me stories about their representation and how they wonder what the heck is going on w their case. I keep my mouth shut and just smile, knowing I never had to worry about my counsel ever doing that to me. In such a complex field of work, it’s refreshing to know someone who is passionate about what they do and really want to help – it shows in how she carries herself and fights in your corner, every step of the way.

More stars needed

Five stars is not enough for this attorney. As I write this, I am trying to temper my tone so as not to sound over-the-top, but seriously. Ms. Davis embodies the storybook idea of what an attorney might be in a perfect world, which never is. Except when you hire her. I met Ms. Davis when I was three ...years into an awful divorce/ custody battle. I had lost all hope in the system. I called her only out of desperation, when things went from worst possible to even worse than I ever imagined. She met me that day. I walked out of her office crying with hope. She listened. She took detailed notes. She genuinely cared about doing the right thing. She cares about my daughter's well being. She is an expert in difficult cases, particularly where there is a history of abuse. In my case, the court had never recognized this. Prior to dealing with Ms. Davis, I had no regular communication with my attorney. She shared documents and updates in real time; she called me to read filings aloud before she sent them. She let me know, to the dollar, where my money was going. She took on this case with passion, heart, and expertise. The results have been beyond what I would have ever expected. I wish I could give ten stars. I found her because I called another attorney, who was way beyond what I could afford even if I won the lottery, who was kind enough to listen, and Brianna Davis was the first name he mentioned as someone who was excellent and affordable. I guarantee that she is underpaid for what she does. I am grateful that I found her when I did. Ms. Davis has been the lynchpin to securing safety and security for my daughter and I after three years of a hellish and difficult battle in court. As good as she is, she should be damn near impossible to hire. Anyone fortunate enough to work with her should count themselves extremely blessed.
