Trust/Estate/Rea Estate attorney and our taxes.
Brian was incredibly responsive from my first phone call. We found him to be very smart and his intensive knowledge of trust estate, probate and our real estate needs were incredible. Everyone wants a trusted adviser that you can trust completely with your legal needs whether it is related to tax, t...
"I heartily endorse Brian. We were opposing counsel on a contested trust matter and Brian was an excellent advocate for his client. He is knowledgeable and accomplished in his field of practice, but he is also a consummate professional, reasonable to work with and easily approachable when we were trying to resolve the issues at hand. We have stayed in touch over the years and I have referred other folks to him because I know they will be well-represented. I hope to work with him again."
"Brian takes time and care in crafting and executing estate plans for his clients to fit their individualized needs in a tax efficient manner."
"Brian Malloy is an experienced professional who truly cares for his clients. His knowledge of estate planning, probate matters, and business law is second to none."
"This attorney works very hard for the clients and keeps up with the law by attending legal seminars to assist them in this regard. I endorse this attorney."
"I have had the benefit of working with Brian and have gotten to know him for more than a decade. He is hard working and motivated and a great lawyer. I recommend his services!"
"I endorse this lawyer. I have known Mr. Malloy for many years and find him to be a knowledgeable and friendly attorney. I would recommend speaking to Mr. Malloy for your legal needs."
"I endorse this lawyer. Brian and I practice in the same areas of law, so I frequently have an opportunity to see his responses to Avvo questions. I also note that lawyers tend to agree with almost every one of Brian's answers. This is a reflection of his expertise in the these areas of law and his willingness to share his knowledge with the Avvo community. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian to friends or colleagues needing estate planning or probate services in the San Diego area. James Frederick"
"I've known Brian for a few years and impressed with his professionalism and legal knowledge. He is very approachable and friendly and a respected member of our legal community."
"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Malloy is a friend and colleague with whom I attended law school and as a close friend I of course hold him in very high esteem. Further, my wife and I retained Brian Malloy to help us with estate planning when we had our first son and we were very impressed with his services. We especially respected that he would promptly respond to any questions we had and would take the time for explain anything we were unclear about. He continues to check in with us regarding our estate planning and reminds us to do things like changing title to the trust of any newly acquired assets and then he helps us accomplish those tasks."
