Ardalan Hosseinpour

Prior to law, Ardalan “Dilan” Hosseinpour began his career at an early age working for several renown architectural firms and construction companies in the greater Atlanta area.  He received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University, where he graduated with the highest honors and received several accolades and awards for his achievements in the construction industry.  As a building designer and contractor, he managed the design and construction of over 100 buildings ranging from $300k to $40 million, including projects in the public sector (educational, recreational, transportation, and institutional), commercial (hotels/hospitality, senior retirement communities, retail, office buildings, religious buildings, and medical facilities), and residential (single family and multi-family homes).

After 10 years in the design-build industry, Mr. Hosseinpour recognized the need for legal representatives who are familiar with the technical aspects of construction and architecture, and pursued law for the sole purpose of practicing construction law.  Mr. Hosseinpour moved to San Diego, where he attended California Western School of Law and received his Juris Doctorate degree with a concentration in Intellectual Property, Telecommunications, and Technology Regulation. Since then, he has dedicated his practice to the representation of general contractors, developers, design professionals, and manufacturers, litigating claims arising out of construction, design, and product defects, breach of contract, and casualty claims.

Mr. Hosseinpour has successfully defended against multi-million dollar construction defect claims involving large multi-family apartment complexes and high-rise condominiums throughout California. Further, he has defended manufacturers subject to personal injury and product liability claims, as well as employers with regards to harassment, discrimination, and casualty lawsuits. Mr. Hosseinpour also serves as general counsel to several design and construction companies, providing business consultation and legal transactional services.
