Biography
Chantal Duisters is a Managing Partner and Co-Founder of the firm Duisters & Parvizi.
Ms. Duisters completed her undergraduate studies at Cal State University, San Marcos, where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Psychology & Human Development.
Following her graduation, Ms. Duisters pursued her dream of becoming a lawyer and began attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She earned her Juris Doctor degree in May 2013.
Prior to law school, Ms. Duisters worked as a legal secretary for a family law firm where she handled various administrative tasks, interacted with clients, and assisted in case preparation.
In 2010, Ms. Duisters began working as a law clerk for a civil litigation firm during which time she gained valuable legal experience. She remained with the firm as a law clerk while attending law school on a full time basis. Upon passing the California Bar Exam, Ms. Duisters became an Associate with the firm. During her tenure as an Associate at the firm, Ms. Duisters represented numerous governmental and public agencies. She also represented various professionals in malpractice suits.
Ms. Duisters' lifelong passion for serving others played an integral part in her her decision to help establish Duisters & Parvizi. Dedicated to educate individuals on the importance of protecting their finances, Ms. Duisters strives to ensure the wishes of all are not only maintained but also carried through in the event they were to become legally incapacitated.
Ms. Duisters is a member of the California State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the San Diego County Bar Association.
In addition, Ms. Duisters is admitted to practice in the Southern District of the United States District Court.
