Since launching my own firm, Andrew Brodkin Law, in March 2022, I have quickly established myself as a resourceful legal partner for small business owners across various sectors, including marketing agencies, software companies, e-commerce brands, contractors, and coaches. My services extend to the drafting, review, and negotiation of an extensive variety of contracts such as independent contractor agreements, employee agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, severance agreements, construction contracts, operating agreements, terms of service, and privacy policies.
In addition to my contract expertise, I assist with negotiation for breach of contract issues. I can both work as an advocate for a representative party or serve as a neutral mediator.
