I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who never issued me the title to the vehicle even though I paid cash for the car. Then shortly after the dealer closed his business and I was never able to reach him to find out more information or get what was rightfully mine. I was not able to register my car an...d I didn’t have tags. During the pandemic while the dmv was closed, the car was towed. I was literally left on the sidewalk with my child in complete despair, not knowing what agency would help me sort this out. I spent weeks reaching out to dmv investigations and the DMV, and filing a number of different forms but nothing was going to track down this crooked dealer down and get my title to me. Then I found Yasser, and he walked me through the entire process, carefully explaining everything to me. He assured me that he was not going to give up on my case.
