I purchased a vehicle from a dealer who never issued me the title to the vehicle even though I paid cash for the car. Then shortly after the dealer closed his business and I was never able to reach him to find out more information or get what was rightfully mine. I was not able to register my car an...d I didn’t have tags. During the pandemic while the dmv was closed, the car was towed. I was literally left on the sidewalk with my child in complete despair, not knowing what agency would help me sort this out.
