Mr. Whitman is a Founding Partner of Elysium Law APC.
Elysium Law APC is a full-service Trusts and Estate Law Firm. Elysium Law provides Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, and Probate Litigation to clients across California.
Probate Litigation focuses on areas of Probate/Estate Litigation, including cases of trust contests, breaches of fiduciary duty, guardianship/conservatorship cases, and will contests. Mr. Whitman is a California licensed attorney experienced in both Trusts and Estates, Probate Litigation, and Business Law.
Having previously practiced in business law, focusing on corporate formation/governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture financings in both Silicon Valley and San Diego, Mr. Whitman has substantial knowledge and experience in all areas of Business Law.
Mr. Whitman’s experience in estate litigation experiences began with interning for Judge Aaron Persky in the Probate Court of Superior Court of Santa Clara County. He has extensive experience in planning and drafting comprehensive estate plans.
