Matthew Eric Palmer

I can't even begin to describe how hard my custody dispute was. My in-laws, my ex, and I were all fighting for custody. Matthew understood how difficult it was and explained to me how family court works. He knew how the different judges that I had were which helped us prepare for court better. Overal...l, he truly fought for me, he fought for my daughter's rights, and he protected those rights from opposing counsel. His team is great and the paralegal who worked on my case, Elizabeth, was fantastic. These people truly changed my life and I couldn't be more grateful that they were there. I don't know what I would've done without them. They gave my daughter her mother back and gave me my life again.

Going through a custody battle is hard enough but I had to fight mine cross country since I had moved to fl just months before my ex decided to change his mind about wanting our daughter. After talking to a few other firms all of whom sounded like they didn't want to take my case because of me being ...so far away I got a call from Mr Pene and he reassured me that the distance would not be an issue and that they would take me as a client and I am extremely happy they did. My custody battle turned out to be a lot bigger and more drawn out than originally thought by Mr.Pene and soon Mr.Palmer stepped in to help which I was extremely grateful for. I have to say both attorneys and there paralegal Elizabeth have been a blessing during a time of serious stress they have been there to answer any questions I have very promptly and have worked with me in order to make sure that only what was essential got done since they knew I was tight on money and after being in court where my ex husbands attorney couldn't even get our daughters name correctly I have to say I know I made the right choice and would recomed this firm to anyone in need of a lawyer because I can tell they truly care about there clients and are passionate about there work so you will be the best any time you have them on your side.

Attorney Matthew Palmer and his staff kept me informed and were prompt in returning my calls or emails. Attorney Palmer and his staff were pleasant, acted on any requests/wishes that I had, and offered good solid advice during the process. He is knowledgeable and experienced with court proceedings, ...which is paramount. More than that, I knew that he cared what happened to those he represented. The judges and the actions of others are unpredictable, which the attorney has no control and can be perceived that court cases are ostensibly or aptly fraught with injustice because it’s a complex system. What I didn't understand was explained to me, also equally important. He was honest in all aspects of the case, which is needed when you are going through court proceedings. I hope I do not have to use Attorney Palmer again, two different cases are enough, but if I did, Attorney Palmer will be the first attorney I contact. I would highly recommend him to those who need sound advice and dependable representation.

Divorce can be tough. At first I thought I could get by with mediation, but all that did was waste time and money. I was married for 25 years. I didn't want to get divorced. I thought my ex was going to be easy on me and not try to take me for everything she was "entitled" to, but that's what she tri...ed to do. I originaly found my attorney and legal secretary at another firm and followed them to Palmer Rodak and it was the best move I could have made. This whole office is amazing. Mr. Palmer's experience really helped along with the way I felt he looked over my case. My attorney Mr. Pene did a great job and I always they both cared for what was in my best interest. In the end I had to go to the courthouse twice, but Mr. Palmer helped prepare me for it well. That's all it took was two trips to the courthouse. My attorneys did all the work! Mr. Palmer just got on the phone to opposing counsel and made things happen. The way my ex was being I didn't think there was any way I was going to get out of a trial, but I did and I'm really happy about that. My attorney was invaluable. If you're getting a divorce I highly recommend that you hire an attorney even if you plan to do mediation. My experience with the Palmer Rodak staff, and Mr. Palmer personally was unbelievably great considering the circumstances. Never judge a book by its cover. I read about reviews being anything from A to Z before I take a step doing anything. I went online last year looking for a dependable lawyer and run into Mr. Matthew Palmer's page. I read about the reviews and wanted to look for another lawyer based on one review I re...ad about his legal team, but something reminded me that a perfect lawyer can never be found hence I took the challenge to make one of his lawyers take up my divorce issue and was surprised that what I thought was impossible for me was very easy for them. I'm in the navy and my ex-wife is a civilian. My divorce was complicated cause I had 3 kids that aren't mine per DNA but base on U.S laws, anyone who signs a birth certificate of a child is bound to pay child support to his wife. I got drained about these laws and the only way to get child support behind me as well as spouse support is to give the case to Ms. Colleen, one of Mr. Matthew Palmer's lawyer. The office is well coming and every questions I had was answered in a timely manner. In a nut shell, I rate this legal team 10/10 if that's the highest rating. Everyone experience with them is different based on the magnitude of their problem and information given to them to worked with. I won't discourage anyone trusting Mr. Matthew Palmer and his legal team with their legal problems cause the person won't be disappointed. Remember, never judge a book by its cover.
