Divorce can be tough. At first I thought I could get by with mediation, but all that did was waste time and money. I was married for 25 years. I didn't want to get divorced. I thought my ex was going to be easy on me and not try to take me for everything she was "entitled" to, but that's what she tri...ed to do. I originaly found Mr. Pene at an Encinitas firm and followed him to Palmer Rodak, it was the best move I could have made. This whole office is amazing. My attorney Mr. Pene did a great job and I always felt he cared for what was in my best interest. In the end I had to go to the courthouse twice, but really Mr. Pene prepared me for it well. That's all it took was two trips to the courthouse. My attorney did all the work! The way my ex was being I didn't think there was any way I was going to get out of a trial, but I did and I'm really happy about that. My attorney was invaluable. If you're getting a divorce I highly recommend that you hire an attorney even if you plan to do mediation. My experience with the Palmer Rodak staff and with Mr. Pene, Ms. Flowers and Mr. Palmer was unbelievably great considering the circumstances.
