Matthew Palmer & Associates were my rock through what should have been a super easy case. Divorce and Separation through the courts can be a tricky thing. If there is a side being absolutely unreasonable it can be drawn out for what seems like forever. My case should have been done in a few months. I...nstead it took over 2 years. Let me be the first to clarify it was to no fault of Matthew and his crew. You see my ex is in the military and every month that went by she was making extra money. So her and her ridiculous attorneys did all they could to drag it out and that they did. Matthew was the best decision I have EVER made. He was there and by my side the whole time. He knew exactly what the judge would look for AND kept my anxiety of it all at bay. Everyone in that office was so nice and willing to help me through my journey. I definitely feel without them I would have lost my mind or lost my case, or both. After 2 years of patience and waiting we were awarded everything we requested and my attorney’s fees were ordered to be paid by my ex. I can't even begin to describe how hard my custody dispute was. My in-laws, my ex, and I were all fighting for custody. Matthew did his homework and discovered that the cases referenced by opposing attorney did not apply to my case. He also discovered that child support did not apply to the original settlement and presented this as part of a hearing he had with the residing judge and got the trial dismissed. This save...d me time and additional attorney fees and most importantly money over a long period of time. Matthew is very knowledgable and has a very professional staff assisting him.
