I recently retained Attorney Will Smith to help me with a Mediation hearing for my father's estate. Actually, I was hoping not to have to hire an attorney as my father's trusts had a corporate trustee with an extremely capable attorney along with the fact that I am not the average consumer in terms... of my experience level with negotiations. Because of this, I brought Mr. Smith at a date later than was ideal...less than two weeks before the date of the hearing!
