Absolutely wonderful attorney

I am blown away by Rima's knowledge and helpfulness. She did more for me than I could have ever asked and explained everything along the way. She performed background checks, went over my contract several times, came up with timelines, and gave me recommendations on next steps in my legal process. I cannot thank her enough.

Ms. Khoury helped "level up" our business within the last year. Chiropractic Integrative Partners, Inc. had a fairly well-run structure with the help of another attorney who unfortunately suddenly passed away. CIP needed to find a new legal counsel and Ms. Khoury was quick to jump on board. She thoroughly reviewed our current contracts and legal client agreements, and made remarkable changes that added a much-needed level of protection for our company that we would not have known we needed. As our business grew, we invited her to join us while we pitch our services, and while we presented ourselves well, Ms. Khoury's legal expertise and representation was what CIP has been missing, and she added an extremely impressive element to the meetings. While Ms. Khoury is an assertive, buisness-minded professional, she is also personable, easy to converse with, and very likable. I've owned a small business for about 20 years now and recently needed to find an attorney who specializes in sales contracts / labor agreements. It was much tougher to find someone that I felt comfortable with than it should have been. After talking with a few different lawyers, I stumbled across Rima Khoury and gave her a call. I was immediately struck by how thorough her thought process was. After our initial conversation, I decided to hire her. I've had some bad experiences with attorneys in the past but Rima was amazing. She basically tore apart the agreement I had been given, explained to me in language that I could understand why it needed to be adjusted and helped me to leverage the wording to make sure that I would be protected in the future. Rima was patient, kind, attentive and explained every detail to me. I never felt rushed, confused or frustrated at all and my goals were quickly accomplished. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of legal help

When faced with hiring a lawyer, look no further.

Rima has my back well covered with my new start up business, and now with an illegal eviction. There is the bitter sweet of building and growing a business, and also the dealing with issues that you need to defend in court. I am so lucky to have found Rima and she is helping, and guiding me through both. She is a brilliant and creative thinker along with being a Super Lawyer. She has the patience of a Saint, as she has had to explain things over and over to me, to get me to relax and just breathe. I am thankful for this. The kind of lawyer you want

I own a small business and have worked with several lawyers. While many of the experiences with other lawyers were not necessarily negative, there was an underlying feeling that their main focus was billing hours. This was absolutely not the case with Mrs. Khoury. She helped us reach an amicable solution to a driveway easement. Not only was Mrs. Khoury sympathetic to our needs, she also brought a much-needed ethical perspective to our situation, even suggesting that lawsuits are generally not the way to go as they are so expensive. Mrs. Khoury refreshingly put ethics before profit. She also provided us with sound legal advice, consulted with colleagues when necessary and brought a positive resolution to our situation without undue costs. I highly recommend Mrs. Khoury to anyone needing a competent, professional and personable lawyer.

Living Trust

She has been very helpful in creating a Living Trust for me. The fact that she has one and used the same Template that she developed made the process easier. Her business background was also helpful in that we did not miss any business related issues that should be part of my Trust.

Excellent attorney!

Sometimes you find yourself in charted territory and you need a lawyer with fast response time who can apply their own personal business experiences to help you better relate. Rarely does one firm and even more rarely does one individual comprise both skillsets. Rima is one of those people. Since hiring her, she has helped our company clarify gray areas in a pre-existing B2B contract we send to clients. Her review and expertise gave us peace of mind knowing that we had identified any and all areas left with too much interpretation. In addition, Rima has been a tremendous asset helping to resolve issues that will always come up in a small business environment such as copyright and trademark infringement. Thorough, Realistic, Timeline Oriented, Great Communication

Mrs Khoury explained everything to me in terms that I could understand and relate to then proceeded to formulate a case that was realistic and with respectable timelines. I felt my representation had my best interests in mind and that she was fighting for "me". The understandable communication I received made me feel confident in my case and I was encouraged to take part in all aspects of the decision making. She knows how to break things down into layman terms and that made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her. I hope I will not need a lawyer in the near future but I will certainly use Mrs Khoury again if the need should arise. A 5 star lawyer for sure.
