Honesty, Integrity and Ethics

I have hired Mike for various litigation as well as transactional matters at various times over the past 15 years, and am working with him on two matters currently, one litigation and one transactional. Mike is very knowledgeable, hard working and effective. I have had a positive outcome from each ca...se I have engaged him in---don't how many people can say that. But it isn't Mike's skill and knowledge that most distinguishes him from other highly capable attorneys. That would be his honesty, integrity and ethics. I have found no attorney I have worked with that is his equal in these areas. Qualities that can sometimes be in scarce supply when navigating the world of retaining an attorney.

I worked with Michael a few years ago and was extremely impressed with how he handled my case. Michael strives to provide the highest level of work possible. Professional, personable and highly responsive.

Mike McCollogh

Mike is a very competent professional lawyer, but that’s not why I use him. Mike is very respectful of his clients’ time and money, but that’s not why I use him. Mike doesn’t spend a lot of time circling the issue – he gets right to the meat of it and communicates with me in a way I can understand.... But that’s not why I use him. I go to Mike with my legal questions and problems because he’s ethical. Apparently, his principles and reputation are more important to him than maximizing his income. In a transaction or in devising a litigation strategy, there’s really no way for the layman to know beforehand if the job is being done right or not. It’s a question of trust. I use Mike because I trust him.

Mike McColloch

Mike helped me on a very complicated real estate case dealing with an old guy who had been ripped off by his drug-dealing, pornography shooting son. Mike represented the old guy and went above and beyond the call of duty to see that the legal system did right by him. Mike is an excellent lawyer: k...nowledgeable, competent, and practical. Nothing but praise for him.
