Biography
. I am a proven trial lawyer, having represented hundreds of business and individual clients, either as plaintiffs or defendants, in civil cases in all state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. I also am an experienced business lawyer, providing transactional advice and representation to a variety of small and mid-sized companies and well-funded start ups with respect to such matters as entity formation and governance, commercial transactions and contracts, board and management disputes, licensing, and employment. I have particular expertise in hospitality law as the result of representing numerous restaurants, hotels, wineries and vineyards.
