Although I googled chapter 7 bankruptcy for over a year the entire legal process and paperwork scared me, the thought of meeting with my creditors and the idea of me having to speak before a judge, terrified me, bankruptcy can be a pretty nerve-wrecking legal process for those of us who don’t know w...hat we are getting ourselves into.
