I highly recommend Adam for anyone filing bankruptcy, my personal experience was with a chapter 7 filing. I was drowning in debt and had creditors sending countless letters, calling and harassing me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. So much so I never answered the phone anymore, my debt just seemed so ...out of control at that point, that there didnt seem to be any hope or end in sight. I was under a mountain of outstanding bills, receiving daily mail and phone calls from creditors and I was beyond stressed! I called 3 attorneys in my community and Mr. Arnold gave a prompt reply.
