Adam is the best!

Adam helped me through one of the most difficult times in my life with a chapter 13. Adam is very experienced and answered my many questions honestly. His communication is great and keeps you on track with your paperwork. I felt really comfortable with him representing me because he has had to do his... own chapter 13 so at no time did I feel like he looked down on me. What to expect: An online credit counciling course and 5-7 in office meetings, you will need approx. 6 months of bank statements and paycheck stubs. Last two tax returns car registration and proof of insurance and anything having to do with owing or selling property. The last hoop is a creditor meeting in Downton where you will be asked a few basic questions(not bad at all) then your on to your new life. Thank you Adam!

Excellent, Smart and Friendly

Adam Arnold is an amazing attorney. My experience with him during my bankruptcy process has been very peaceful. He is confident, knowledgeable and very friendly. I felt very protected knowing that I had an excellent attorney to represent me and guide me. During my meeting of creditors he was one... of very few attorneys that was prepared and organized, it felt good knowing i had him to represent me. I appreciate everything Attorney Arnold has done for me and will definitely send him referrals of my friends and relatives.

Can't imagine bankruptcy could have gone any better

Obviously bankruptcy is far from a pleasant experience but I honestly could not have expected it to go any better than it did, thanks to Adam. Our interest-only mortgage was expiring and set to adjust up $1000 a month and we were already maxed out with credit card debt payments so we looked into whet...her bankruptcy would be an option that would allow us to keep the house. We decided to meet with Adam after several other larger law offices wanted us to fill out applications or make appointments to come in. He said he could see us immediately and handled our case personally from start to finish. We met with Adam and he listened thoughtfully and asked questions about our situation and then laid out our options. There were so many rules we would never have imagined and that seemed counter intuitive and he patiently answered all our questions. When we decided to file bankruptcy he began our case immediately and gave us an option to pay the fees over several months instead of all up front. Throughout the entire process Adam was always available and gave us several options along with the pros and cons of each. We chose to take the most conservative route and ended up deciding to wait six months before filing, while Adam led us through bankruptcy pre-planning that allowed us to maximize the assets we would be allowed to keep. When it finally came time to file and meet with the court, Adam had everything in such good order we were in and out in a few minutes--about as painless as possible. Best of all, we unloaded 70,000 in debt and were able to keep our home which is now gaining in value again and building equity. Even after our discharge, Adam has been happy to continue answering questions and advising us on the best course of action. Now my only regret is that we waited so long to look into bankruptcy as an option because it truly does feel like a huge burden was lifted and we have a new lease on life. We can't thank Adam enough for all his help and highly recommend his services.

Great and Caring Attorney... Look no further

Outstanding attorney! He was very knowledgeable and always kept me well informed. Even when our case got tricky he was very good and got our case back on track. I am so impressed by this attorney and have already recommended him to my friends.

"I endorse this lawyer. Adam Arnold is an excellent and knowledgeable bankruptcy attorney that treats his clients first and foremost with attention and respect. He is hands on with his clients, and ensures they receive the attorney communication and expertise their finances deserve. I learned a lot about bankruptcy law when Adam was the lead attorney at my former law firm, and I still confer with him from time to time. He always provides excellent counsel. When there is a person that lives out of my area and needs a bankruptcy attorney, Adam is the first and only recommendation I give. If you need a top bankruptcy attorney and Adam is in your area, I highly recommend setting an appointment with him. Question him hard. You will see for yourself that you will do no better."

"I highly recommend and endorse Adam Arnold as a bankruptcy attorney. I have known Adam for 7 years and have worked with him on several bankruptcy related matters. He is knowledgeable, intelligent, even keeled, and well regarded by the courts and trustees. In addition to being a debtor's attorney, Adam also worked as a creditor attorney and uses that knowledge to further his clients best interests. Myself and others in the bankruptcy community regularly consult with him on creditor related issues because of his insight as a former creditor attorney."
