Best Lawyer & Reasonable Fee

Filing for bankruptcy was a very difficult decision. Being an extreme worry wart, I envisioned all kinds of things going wrong. I discovered Adam B. Arnold via reviews on a few sites. In his office his mellow personality calmed me down immensely. I had so many questions and worries that I emailed or... called him several times, and met with him a couple of times before the signing appointment – I was afraid he was going to fire me as a client, but Adam remained mellow and got me through the filing and the meeting of creditors without a problem, just as he had predicted. Besides his personality being perfect for a bankruptcy attorney, Adam impressed me with his long track record and vast knowledge of BK law. He also has a very fair fee. I could not imagine going through that process with anyone else and I highly recommend him for anyone, especially those who are really nervous.

Highly recommended!

Adam Arnold is an awesome attorney. We researched many options before selecting him. He is educated, knowledgeable, understanding and patient. He walked us through the whole process, always gave us advice and had time to answer my many questions. Even after we had our court hearing or after work hou...rs, on weekends, if we needed him or had questions, he promptly responded. He knows what he's doing and prepares his clients extremely well, which put us at ease. Especially during something like a bankruptcy. Hopefully you never need to file, but in the event you do, my husband and I HIGHLY RECOMMENED Adam Arnold. Thanks again, for everything.

He is very knowledgeable and personable and gets the job done. If you choose Adam as your lawyer, you will have a very pleasan...t experience for a very stressful situation. My husband and I both highly recommend Adam. Thanks, Adam!!

Adam Arnold - Excellent Bankruptcy Attorney!

If you are looking for a professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fair attorney, Adam is your guy. It was difficult for us to file bankruptcy, we never thought that several years of unforeseen circumstances would lead to this. Adam took the time to thoroughly explain the options available for our si...tuation. Adam was upfront and totally honest about his services and outcomes. We felt very comfortable working with him and we are completely satisfied with his services. We made the right decision to hire Adam and give ourselves the opportunity for a fresh start.

BEST BANKRUPTCY LAWYER IN SAN DIEGO

Filed Feb 28, 2018 For Chapter 13 Case Closed: March 02 2018 Always, always return your call or text even on weekends. Keep you at peace. We went to Yelp to look for BK attorney who has real positive reviews. We found Adam B. Arnold, we saw the positive reviews, but was still not fully vested t...o hire him. Then I visited this website AVVO were the entire attorneys website, We saw over 150 reviews on him all 5 stars. As, I reviewed the positive comments, we have decided he is the right attorney to represent our Bankruptcy. Oh, check his Google reviews as well. We made an appointment and told about our financial situations. We were ready to file the Bankruptcy because we no longer have financial wherewithal to pay our debts. However, he told us he will examine our finances and best option either Chapter 7 or 13. Please tell him all your financial misgivings with honesty and truthfulness. The reason being it is a team effort; it will make your case a lot easier when you see the trustee (less angst on the meeting). Fortunately, we heed his advice not to file soon and took care of other documents upon his sound advice. I (husband) was determined to file 7, but he explained the negative ramification of having home equity etc., which the trustee might pursue. Overall, Chapter 13 was a better choice and all make sense. The reason I am doing this is because he deserve to be recognized for his meticulous hardwork as forensic bankruptcy attorney. He is like playing chess, two or three steps ahead of the game. You want an attorney with experience with only bankruptcy cases, real positive reviews, and No professional misconduct. Sincerely, Lee

"I endorse this lawyer. Adam Arnold is an excellent and knowledgeable bankruptcy attorney that treats his clients first and foremost with attention and respect. He is hands on with his clients, and ensures they receive the attorney communication and expertise their finances deserve. I learned a lot about bankruptcy law when Adam was the lead attorney at my former law firm, and I still confer with him from time to time. He always provides excellent counsel. When there is a person that lives out of my area and needs a bankruptcy attorney, Adam is the first and only recommendation I give. If you need a top bankruptcy attorney and Adam is in your area, I highly recommend setting an appointment with him. Question him hard. You will see for yourself that you will do no better."

"I highly recommend and endorse Adam Arnold as a bankruptcy attorney. I have known Adam for 7 years and have worked with him on several bankruptcy related matters. He is knowledgeable, intelligent, even keeled, and well regarded by the courts and trustees. In addition to being a debtor's attorney, Adam also worked as a creditor attorney and uses that knowledge to further his clients best interests. Myself and others in the bankruptcy community regularly consult with him on creditor related issues because of his insight as a former creditor attorney."
