I needed simple documents for a private loan. Mr. Greer is much more expensive than some of his competition, but I wanted to be sure this was done correctly. Not only was I overcharged, but the documents he sent me were not the correct ones for me to use. I had to obtain my own forms and no refund...
This review is so hurtful. Some people are so impossible. The charge was exactly what was identified: four complex real estate documents, 1 and 1/2 hours of discussions, all for $800.00 (this was over 5 hours of legal work). The client wanted to self-record the attorney work product and got frustrated at that level. The client asked for a "receipt" (odd, as there was already a writing confirming the scope and the payment), which was supplied within a day of the request. Some people are impossible to work for - but I'll let 32 years of humble, respectful, timely, courteous, straightforward customer service speak for itself.
