Very knowledgeable and homeowner-friendly attorney

I'm a homeowner who was defrauded by a general contractor. I saw James Greer's online response to another homeowner who had a similar situation so I decided to call James for advice. I ended up deciding not to pursue any legal action against the contractor but was very impressed with James' knowledge... and experience in this area of law. I previously discussed my case with numerous construction law attorneys but none of them were able to give me a clearer picture of all the legal issues, California statutes and case law at issue (I am an attorney myself but I don't practice construction litigation). More importantly, James Greer was able to provide me with many practical options to seek financial compensation from the contractor other than resorting to legal actions and he was very knowledgeable about the operation of California contractor' license board and bond companies. Lastly, he was giving me free legal advice extremely patiently. You can sense this is someone who cares. I already recommended him to my friend who has a similar claim against the same contractor!
