oger gets his passion for family law from the children, families, and people who he has fought for through the years. “Family litigation, unlike other areas of law, gives you the extraordinary opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the way ordinary people live their lives.”

Roger has worked exclusively for over a decade in the area of family law. For nearly the last 10 years, he worked at a general civil litigation firm as the senior family law associate attorney. In 2021, Roger and his founding partner, Amanda De Alba, made the decision to start a new firm entirely focused on Family Law litigation.
