Excellent attorney and staff

He was able to help me win custody of my daughter which isn’t common. He was very helpful in knowing my rights and having the courts acknowledged that I was going to be what was best for my child. His staff was helpful every step of the way and were very prepared when we had to be at all the hearings. He was honest up front about the costs and share with me his experiences within family law. It’s a scary experience if you don’t have anyone helping you guide through the process and Bobby and his team were very helpful.

Excellent Family Law Lawyer

I was in need of a family law issue to be resolved, and I was luckily referred to Mr. Luna. Mr. Luna was very knowledgeable on the fairly complex issue that I had, and he helped me get it resolved. I was very impressed with the offices’ professionalism, and attention to detail. They were great to work with, and cared about getting my matter resolved. I would highly recommend the Law Offices of Mr. Luna to handle family law matters, and I would certainly come back should the need ever arise again.

Mr. Luna grew up in Porterville, California which is located in rural Tulare County. He joined the United States Air Force, immediately out of high school, where he worked hydraulic systems on the F-111 Aardvark.

After leaving the United States Air Force, he moved back to his hometown and enrolled in community college. Suffice it to say, it took Mr. Luna a few years of stumbling through various courses, before he found his passion in the law. While in community college, he enrolled (at the prompting of a local attorney) in an ABA approved Paralegal Program and the rest is history. Mr. Luna excelled in the program and discovered he had a true passion for the law. It was upon the completion of the paralegal course work, wherein the seed for law was planted.

Mr. Luna ultimately moved to Sacramento, California and obtained a Bachelors in Business and a Masters in Public Policy and Administration from Sacramento State University.

Upon completion of his Masters, he enrolled in the evening division at McGeorge School of Law, while working full-time for the Sacramento Superior Court. Today, Mr Luna has well over 20 years of family law experience. His career in family law began at the Sacramento Superior Court, followed by employment for two law firms whose primary practice was family law. During his employment with those firms, he also operated his own family law legal document preparation business. His practice is exclusively limited to all aspects of family law.

Mr. Luna founded the Law Offices of Bobby P. Luna in April of 2010. Through the Firm’s philosophy of providing competent, practical and low-cost representation, the practice has grown exponentially. Bobby’s the best!!!

He’s the most professional family court attorney I’ve ever worked with… and I’ve been divorced 3 other times. He does his homework! He achieved much more than I expected on our case. No need to look any further than Bobby, you’ll be pleasantly impressed, and he’s a great person as well

Helped me win my case

Best lawyer around!

Don't go anywhere else. This is the attorney you need on your side. Bobby came into my case after my ex hired an attorney on the first day of trial. Bobby is amazing. He is confident but not arrogant. He knows the law and is respected by court officials. He is fair and honest. He does what is right. Awesome Lawyer and fair price!

Bobby got me everything I wanted. I had to go back to court a second time so we hired Bobby for the second court date. The mediation notes didn't go as well as I wanted so Bobby had his work cut out for him. He worked with the other lawyer for 2 hours and got me everything I wanted. I'm so excited with everything!!! He is also fair in price

So glad I hired My Luna

I hired Mr Luna at the 11-th hour to represent me at a divorce trial. I was not happy with how my previous attorney was doing, so I replaced him with Bobby, and I'm so glad that I did. Mr Luna gave me a reasonable estimate on how much his services would cost me, and he stuck to it. He took a fresh look at my long languishing case, quickly identified what needed to be done ( especially the areas that my previous attorney messed up on, urgh! ), and boldly proceeded with the trial. In the end we ended up settling most of the case, and I was satisfied with the verdict. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of the family law, and skilfully negotiation tactics, I got to keep the family house, which was a huge relief for me. I found Bobby to be honest, knowledgeable, easy to work with and very supportive during this tough time. I felt like he truly cared about my well being and stood up for me in court.

You want him in your corner!

I was a nervous wreck when I was served with court papers from my sons long time absent father from another state 2800 miles away. It was TOTALLY out of left field. And my son was with me when we were served. Being pre teen he understood what court was and what that meant. He did not want to travel alone to stay with a person he saw a few times his whole life. I had no idea how to find a good attorney. Court is so strange and scary to me. I did my divorce alone and it was a year long nightmare 8 years before this. Thankfully we came across amazing reviews for Mr. Luna. I filled out an online request to speak with him. The very next day He called me personally. Within the same week I was in his office. He took the time to hear my whole story about my ex and my son and his father's lack of a relationship and everything that led up to being served wit papers. I was really worried for my son and just wanted my son to feel safe and comfortable with whatever happened. Mr. Luna walked me through the process from what to expect in mediation, how to make sure I say what I need to in a clear and organized way. He and his office staff were available for any questions any time, weather it was early in the morning or on the weekends. Mr. Luna ensured that we got the best possible out come in court. I felt like he really fought for my son. His experience and confidence in the court room resulted in an out come nothing short of amazing and beyond what we expected. He didn't let the other attorney push us around. He really made sure we got what was right for my son. My son really liked him too. He calmed his anxieties from the beginning and reassured him personally that it will work out for him...which I loved. Mr Luna is up front and honest about the cost and really worked with us when it came to payment. I will never call anyone else in the future. He is our guy! LUNA an Attorney you need sitting at your side in court! Honest, Smart, Reasonable Rates!

You would be a fool not to hire him! I have been to 3 other attorneys that ruined my case and sucked my bank accounts dry! This attorney took my case at the 11th hour, he was completely upfront and honest. He told me it would be difficult coming into a very long, over 2 1/2 years messy, high conflict, complicated case. His fees were reasonable, I had went to one attorney that wanted $25,000 retainer fee just to take the case. Bobby knows his stuff. In fact when in court he was able to tell the Judge what the law was, judge looked it up and sure enough Bobby was correct, that happened on a few occasions. He also has class because my Ex's attorney started yelling at him because they were frustrated about losing on something....Bobby remained cool and collected. I wish that I had hired Bobby almost 3 years ago because I probably would have saved $50,000 in attorney fees and been happy and done 2 years ago. His fees are much better than any other attorneys around, plus he will get your case done, not drag it on and on like some attorneys do to milk it. Lisa B in Folsom CA.

forgetful & not accurate

my luna took my dissolution of marriage case.. as a result of his *forgetting to file & request custody &visitation, i lost custody... my ordered visitation was zero... he missed more meetings & *court appearances than he attended...

Not a man of his word.

I sought his assistance after a referral from a local paralegal. I had a consultation with him wherein he stated that he would help me to resolve my divorce. I gave him the documents to review and he stated he would be glad to help me but would need a couple of weeks to get back to me due to his being involved with some other cases going to trial (understandable). He committed to contacting me during the 3rd week of October to set up a meeting. During my initial telephone contact with him, he told me that his retainer was $3000 since there was not much left to do with my case and everything was pretty straigt-forward. During the consult, however, he increased his retainer to $10,000 (after reviewing all of my assets) and still committed to meeting with me again in 2 weeks. Additionally, over 1 month later, he had his assistant call me only to tell me that he would not be taking my case because it was too complex for him. Now I stand to lose my share of the assets in my case because the other party is a flight risk (to another country) and has severe medical conditions. This is very unprofessional and if a person's word is their bond, his most certainly isn't.
