Emily is by far the best family attorney I have ever used!She is very smart, kind, and has a great sense of humor, but when it comes to being in the courtroom she is well prepared and ready to fight for you. She knows the law very well and let’s you know what you should expect and what’s fair if rea...ching too far for something. Emily is well known and respected by her fellow peers. The few times we entered the court building together the Sheriff’s and other attorneys always had something to say to her. Pretty much to the effect of “Watch out everyone, she’s in the building to handle some business!” Aside from being well respected, she has extensive knowledge of the North County judges/commissioners. Depending on who you might get assigned to your case, Emily comes up with a game plan for that respective judge/commissioner. I read through the yelp reviews and noticed a common theme of 5 star ratings and nothing but rave reviews about Emily. For me and many others it sounds - money well spent in hiring Emily! She was upfront with all her costs and there were never any surprises. I highly recommend Emily to represent anyone looking for a truly professional family law attorney!

Emily worked diligently to defend me. My divorce was exceptionally ugly after being married for over 20 years. She kept me in the loop on everything that was happening, on everything to expect, and what possible outcomes may happen. I have been in the court system for a long time and I’ve had previous attorneys and what I can say about Emily is that she is by far the best attorney that I have ever had.
