Highly Recommend Emily

I have retained Emily's services on numerous occasions since 2017. She has provided sound and efficient legal advice and representation over the course of an unforeseen lengthy divorce and custody battle. During what can feel like the darkest and most trying time of your life, Emily provides hope. On...e of her greatest qualities is her ability to truly care for her clients. She gets to know you, your story, and genuinely takes your case to heart. She is deeply invested in the outcome. In preparation she is thorough, punctual, and strategic in her argument. In court, she is quick on her feet, aggressive, knowledgeable, and prepared. I cannot recommend or sing her praises enough. Based upon my experience with Emily and the outcomes of my proceedings, multiple people in my circle have since sought her services, hopeful for a similar situation and the chance to be represented by such a competent and dedicated attorney. She is real. She provides options, practical advice, and odds. Unlike other, perhaps many, family law firms, Emily does not seek to draw out litigation for monetary benefit. You can be confident the strategy she sets forth for your case is in your and your family's best interest. She is an excellent attorney!

You had to be there.....

It pains me to do this, but hiring Emily Bray was fundamentally detrimental to the current outcome of my case. At the most important hearing of my life, she showed up and basically sat there...it was so strage, she allowed the other side to rip me to shreads while having in front of her all the evid...ence needed to discredit their arguments. Emily chose not to say a word to contradict their dishonesty. In fact, it was the opposing side that was guilty of what I was being accused of, but Emily barely spoke, and only about one issue. This is after we had a plan and agreed on a strategy. I had no idea she would do this, i should have fired her right there, but i was in mild shock from what I was seeing. As the result, i am.... , "screwed" doesn't even begin to describe how bad of a position she landed me in. When it was time to pick the next hearing date, Emily picked the furthest one offered by the judge, while i asked her 14 times not to do that. She ignored my instructions and set me up for a hearing 7 and a half months away. In the middle of the toughest hearing of my legal matter I realized that this woman is not there on my behalf and that Im appearing without representation. It was the emptiest i have ever felt. As the result, i won't have my child with me anytime soon, if ever. She had everything to help me, all emails, all recordings, and never said a word about it to the court. I have never seen an attorney behave so bluntly to the detriment of their client. I never did anything to her, she just didnt feel like doing it i guess. Now I'm so much worse off than i was before, I cant believe this. Hiring Emily was the biggest mistake I made in a loooog time....she cost me over 7,000 to throw my case, this was surreal. To undo what she did, I'm going to need to rob a bank.....Yes i have notified the Bar. Emily is not an honest person, luckily I recorded our last conversation, so I have something to present as proof. But my child, thats another story, Emily pretty much sealed his fate. To do this takes a special kind of not giving a damn....

Best attorney I’ve ever had

I have been in the court system for a long time and I’ve had previous attorneys and what I can say about Emily is that she is by far the best attorney that I have ever had. I never felt like anybody before cared to listen, or really cared about me or my kids, that they just wanted my money and to get... me in and out as fast as possible. Emily works hard for the best for myself and my kids. She helped me get my son care for his special needs In court and has always fought for me 100%. She also helps me by letting me know about fees and costs and I’m never blind sided by any of it. I fully 100% trust her and I hate writing reviews but she is WORTH writing a review for. She is smart, she is honest and she kicks butt. She wants the best for myself and my kids and honestly is the best family law attorney I’ve ever seen. She walks me through EVERY single step and I never feel alone or like it’s overwhelming, she is always there by email or phone call and she never lets me down. She handles both my children’s cases and I wouldn’t want anyone else!

Outstanding!

I'm a single father that had shared 50/50 custody my entire sons life. My ex moved 40 minutes away and petitioned for an 80/20 custody split and a change of schools. I was shaken up. I spoke to a few attorneys and then I was freaking out. A coworker recommended Emily and after one conversation I knew... everything was going to be alright. She explained the entire process and let me know exactly what we would definitely win and why. The She was right on all accounts. She won EVERYTHING!! I got exactly what I wanted. She is so knowledgeable, professional and aggressive in a way I'm so thankful for. She's amazing and I would recommend her to family, friends and anyone else.
