Rough Employment Lawsuit

Professional, Knowledgeable and a kick ass attorney!

Exceptional experience
Daniel James Goularte and Bryan Yabrof helped me convert my C corp to a LLC along with writing an operating agreement. They were extremely easy going and everything went simple and pretty much as planned. Great guys and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Great Experience, Despite the Circumstances
Despite having to bring a lawsuit against a former employer, Daniel Goularte and his colleagues Todd Smilovitz and Bryan Yabrof were all extremely helpful. They always helped to not only make me feel comfortable with the situation, because at times it was confusing and stressful, but also handle my case professionally, with expediency and diplomacy. Employment/ Labor Review
Daniel was great. I called him almost in tears after I mixed up my hearing dates with the labor board and my case was closed. Even though I was in Los Angels and he was located in San Diego he listened to my concerns and frustrations regarding my case and gaining my trust. He was kind and decided to take me on as a client. We ended up settling before going to court. During my time with Daniel he always made sure to keep me in the loop by clearly explaining everything that was going I always felt in control of my decisions) as well as offer realistic and practical advice though his knowledge and experience. *Five Stars: Honest, Professional, Trust Worthy*
