No honesty, will lie to your face
Hired Daniel as a company attorney and had a dispute with other owner, upon this happening Daniel told me to just sit at home and do nothing while he could figure it out…meanwhile he was opening another fictitious name with the other owner with the same name as our existing company to show the other ...
We are sorry about your recent experience with our law firm. To better understand the situation you were involved in, our firm was not hired by you nor were we involved in your representation. Our firm was hired by the company you worked for, and you had a minority ownership. When our firm attempted to negotiate a settlement to dissolve the partnership between owners, you decided to retain your own counsel. We had a duty to the company to windup company affairs and records for dissolution. A settlement was negotiated and you received payment for your company shares. We are sorry that you feel that the company's interests did not line up with your interest, and that you were subsequently forced to retain separate counsel.
