Mr. Mongan is an excellent, thorough and detailed attorney. He handled a few family law matters for me against two extremely deceitful people. He was able to bring out the truth at a trial-like hearing and win both cases. I would always highly recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney.

David did everything to give me the best advice and legal counsel in my family law dispute. He was always straight forward and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Outstanding Lawyer!
Dave handled my case from start to finish. He kept me informed throughout the process, which allayed many of my concerns as a litigant. His experience was definitely reassuring as well. Dave was so insightful, he often addressed issues with me which I surely would have failed to factor or even consider. He was absolutely the most professional of the "professionals" involved in my litigation. Based hugely on the effectiveness of his strategy, he commanded and received significant settlement offers in my case. I would without hesitation retain him again, and again, should the need ever arise.
