Mr. Dube' represented me in regards to my being sued by my brother. At our mother's request, I had been appointed Trustee of my brother's Special Needs trust for the previous 7 years. My brother has had a 60 year history of mental problems…diagnosed with manic depressive, obsessive compulsive dis...orders. He had been in and out of mental facilities for the past 40 years. Sadly this suit was depleting my brother's trust (his only means of support). Mr. Dube' stood by me with level headed advise and respect for my decisions. Mr. Dube' saw me thru the emotional ups and downs that were ever present, as is the case with most all legal entanglements. His fees were surprisingly reasonable due to his level headed handling of issues. His demeanor was one of respect for all involved. His gift is keeping our legal responses from fueling an already difficult situation. If what you want to pay for is a glitzy office and original paintings on the walls this is not an attorney for you. Mr. Dube' avoided a hostel environment where ever possible ~ knowing it would do harm to all involved and serve only to fuel higher attorney bills. Yet his strength was brought to the surface when needed to represented me with dignity. I would highly recommend Doug Dube as an attorney. Doug is personable, caring, a family man, has a sense of humor and is a kind person.
