Douglas Anthony Dube

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dubé worked for approximately ten years for  manufacturing companies in upstate New York, including more than six years in mid-level management positions.  Because of his previous experience, Mr. Dubé views legal problems from a business perspective.  Above all he is extremely analytic and a creative problem solver.  As a litigator, Mr. Dubé has extensive experience in trial preparation, arbitration and mediation, and appeals, and has appeared in federal and state courts representing corporate and individual clients.  His litigation experience includes trust and will contests (probate litigation), real estate including foreclosures and disputes related to purchase, personal injury including wrongful death, securities fraud, products liability, intellectual property, employment, construction, and complex commercial matters.

Mr. Dubé has an undergraduate degree in Engineering Science from SUNY Canton.  He graduated with honors from California Western School of Law in 1994 and passed the bar exams in California and NY (but elected to be licensed only in California).  Mr. Dubé is admitted to practice before all the state courts of California, as well as the Southern, Central and Northern United States District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
