Edward Orendain

My husband and I were married while he was undocumented and we hired Eduardo because he was referred to us by a family friend. We had some doubts about my husbands status and Eduardo was able to give us all possible scenarios based on our situation. Everything went smoothly, he was very informed on a...ll matters and on the day of our appointment (in San diego thankfully) he told us step by step what to expect and it was exactly like that! My husband is now a permanent resident and we could feel any more blessed that we found Eduardo. When I first hired Ed to help us get through the immigration process I really felt I was wasting my money and didn't need his help. In our first meeting with the immigration officer we were asked a question we didn't know the answer to and frankly didn't understand the question. Ed immediately jumpe...d in (in a courteous manner) and informed the immigration officer that his question was not relevant to our proceedings and that we were entitled to have our case move forward. Ed won the day for us, leaving me with a sense of relief, because we clearly had and expert on our side. To our surprise our case had many twists and turns and while the Government continued to ask more and more questions things dragged on about two years longer than expected. When we finally reached the end and the Government was demanding things we simply couldn't provide, Ed once again intervened and wrote an eloquent letter on our behalf. Ed again saved the day for us and we finally received our long awaited green card. Thinking back to our long and arduous process I highly doubt we would have a green card today without Eds professional expertise. Receiving a green card was a life changing event and we will never be able to thank Ed enough for his years of experience, education, and passion that he employed on our behalf. I have to say that Edward Orendain is one of the best immigration lawyers out there. I can say this because before I went to see him, I met with other immigration lawyers who were not as helpful and it felt like all they wanted was money, lots and lots of money. We were running out of time to complete my paperwork to apply for my green card, he quickly completed my application and submitted it along with the required docs. My case was accepted without any issues, the next letter I received from immigration was the letter with my interview date. Mr. Orendain was there with me during the interview with immigration, I felt very comfortable knowing he was there with me. Everything went smoothly, and a few months later, my green card came in the mail. I am know a permanent resident of the United States thanks to the help of Mr. Orendain.
