Replied last July 27, 2022Considering my group and I sue 10-30 landlords per month, and do not represent landlords (expect favors to friends here and there), I would disagree with "favoring" landlords. California law definitely is equal to both landlord and tenant in my opinion, but your FACTS had you on the losing end which you didn't want to hear.
