Replied last January 10, 2025I'm sorry you feel our evaluation of your evidence is low. We give realistic evaluations based on the evidence you provide. We also advise renters to leave a house/unit when it's unhealthy which you clearly think is so as well. I see that as being a good human being giving good advice. No one should have to live in bad conditions. You should move and sue the landlord. There is no "scam" since as you acknowledge, we estimated your case value and we would have tried to achieve those goals on a contingency basis. We've never asked you for money and never would. I wish you luck in finding another law firm.
