Binh and his team were able to work through a very complicated landlord / tenant injury case for my wife and I. There was an extensive amount of evidence spanning multiple years with some very complicated issues and points of law, but Binh and his team were able to work through the issues and ultimat...ely assembled our case and in the end - negotiated an outstanding conclusion with the other party. Communication throughout the process was first rate, very easy to work with and they get the job done. I highly recommend Binh and his team!!!

This is going to be kinda long because it's been such a long journey getting to this point... I am in such a messy situation. Our roof started leaking in many places, and she never even came over to check it out. Not once in over a year it's been happening. She just texted me saying she couldn't affo...rd to fix it. She would even text me saying she was upset with us that it wasn't fixed yet... With nowhere else to go because we are low income, we told her we would try our best. Honestly, I was terrified of being homeless with my daughter. Needless to say, we never got it fixed because we didn't know what we were doing. We tried MANY things and spent lots of money, and we ended up with ALOT of mold EVERYWHERE. Multiple parts of our ceiling literally fell. It's such an easy case to win. Every lawyer I spoke to told me there's no way I'll lose.... But I live in a very small county. I spent WEEKS searching for a lawyer, but everyone I spoke with didn't represent my area. When I told him this, he said, "Well, let me introduce myself," and the amount of relief I felt... Binh has been very clear on instructions so far. I will say it seems a little hard to get ahold of him to get my questions answered, but someone else on his team has helped when needed, so I don't really see that as an issue. I do get really nervous sometimes and wish I could call to ask some things instead of text, but I don't really know how this works, so I'm not sure what to expect. And im not sure when he will be officially representing me, but once we get to that point, I will update my review. But I have full confidence that it will stay at 5 stars after the experience I've had with him and his team so far. I love it when people are straight to the point, no BS, and it seems that's what you get with him.

I was experiencing severe neglect from my landlord in downtown Los Angeles. There was a pipe that exploded in my wall and a couple years later, mold started forming around my unit. I went ahead and paid for a certified mold inspection, which yielded positive results of 6 different types of mold. O...n Binh's recommendation, I went to Kaiser to get a check up. The doctor wrote that I was having an allergic reaction to the presence of mold. I consulted with Binh once I got the paperwork indicating this. All of a sudden, Binh says, oh you should go back and pay for an additional visit, because they didn't explicitly say X,Y, and Z. I thought to myself, wow, if you would have consulted me better, I could have gotten this done on my first visit. Anyways, Binh recommended that I move out of the unit. I questioned this, because I felt like the mold could have been properly remediated OR my landlord could have given me a different unit in the 250+ unit apartment building, if he was willing to send a letter to my landlord, give him a call, or do SOMETHING. My apartment was at a very affordable price, and the landlord was willing to move me to a different unit at the same exact price. Binh recommended that I move out immediately instead of doing anything on my behalf. He explained that my case would look better. I asked him if there were any time limits that would affect my case. He told me that there are statutory time limits, but my health problems would be reason enough for me to have a good shot at winning my case. Long story short, due to being advised poorly by Binh, I lost access to a new affordable apartment unit that was locked into rent control at a low cost. He didn't do any work whatsoever, and was never available to take my calls or advise me. Him and his firm simply take on too many cases and have no desire to help tenants with medical issues or inhabitability issues. They charge 50% of the winnings of any case. If you want somebody to help you figure out legal issues, DO NOT CONTACT THIS FIRM.

Binh and his team are extremely knowledgeable in the realm of tenant rights. Unfortunately, we ended up living in black mold and many other conditions that were not addressed in a timely/correct manner, some never being addressed at all. Binh answered our questions, gave us advice and explained possi...ble outcomes with each approach. His realistic opinion was very appreciated while 9 months pregnant and during the most stressful and usure time of our lives. Now as our attorney, Binh and his team are just as much of a pleasure to work with. Would recommend to anyone.
