Veronica is great. She has taken care of a few of my families immigration cases. Her staff has always been awesome, until recently. Her new "paralegals" don't seem to care at all. They can never answer any questions, i'm put on hold for a very long time and I've gotten responces like "watch the news ...and call us back when you hear something about a law that would benefit you" I'm sure Veronica is not aware of this, but there is no way to get to her, they will ask a billion questions as to why you want to speak with her and in the end they will say "i'll ask her your questions and call you back with an answer" and of course, never received any call backs. I'm hoping Veronica reads this and has a talk with her current assitants.
