I am extremely lucky that I found Antonio to help me with my case, and honestly refuse to think about what would have happened if I hired some billboard lawyer with a call center. I was stopped by the police in August 2023, I panicked & gave a false identity. They figured it out & arrested me on Felony charges. On December 27, 2023 was my pretrial date and my case was not on calendar. We left and waited to hear from the Court. In March 2024 the Court sent a letter informin...g me to appear that Monday as they had caught the mistake. AV was in the hospital and when I called him he said, "don't worry I got this." He appeared for the hearing over the phone from his hospital bed and convinced the Judge to dismiss the case because my speedy trial rights had been violated. The Court agreed and dismissed all charges!

This is a way overdue and well deserved review. I consulted with Mr. Villegas regarding my sister's arrest for Domestic Violence for apparently attacking her boyfriend. When my sister showed up to court for her arraignment on October 4, 2023, she was informed that the district attorneys office rejected the case and would not be filing charges.
