Client was arrested for felony assault charges for punching an elderly client six times in the face, resulting in facial fractures. Incident occurred while Client worked as Uber Driver and complaining ... witness was his passenger. We were able to show that passenger was intoxicated, failed to wear a Covid-19 safety masks, and failed to follow instructions. When Client terminated the ride, Passenger attacked Client and Client punched passenger in self defense. Client faced potential prison time and a Felony strike.
